Description
As a Solution Architect, your main responsibility will be to provide end-to-end solutions tailored to the requirements of the Energy and Utility Industry. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of key business questions and problems. Your role will require a deep process understanding of the Energy and Utility Industry and the ability to identify the most suitable product for this sector. Running blueprinting and discovery phases, conducting impact assessments, and engaging in discussions with business/client stakeholders will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will be tasked with defining the optimal product, tools, and integration patterns for successful Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Own the strategy and technical solution for Salesforce implementations, including integrations and data migration aspects - Identify actionable insights, offer recommendations, and guide business direction and cross-functional teams on Salesforce - Support Business Analyst in conducting necessary training and education sessions within the business and organization - Demonstrate advanced skills in Energy and Utility features, project scoping, and applied knowledge of Salesforce Energy and Utility functions - Possess Salesforce Energy and Utility Cloud certification/accreditation (Optional) - Develop practical solutions and methodologies related to SFDC, focusing on product fitment for E&U Cloud - Utilize Solution Architect experience, excellent organizational skills, and manage multiple tasks concurrently - Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce.com Sales, Service Cloud, and E&U Cloud, responsible for creating custom applications using Force.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems - Analyze applications from AppExchange or other tools, provide recommendations, and lead technical requirements gathering sessions - Offer technical guidance for the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies - Provide data migration strategies and prior experience in transformation engagements Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Energy and Utility industry features and project scoping - Experience with Salesforce Energy and Utility functions - Salesforce Energy and Utility Cloud certification/accreditation (Optional) - Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies related to SFDC - Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales, Service Cloud, and E&U Cloud - Experience in managing integration and data migration elements - Prior experience in transformation engagements As a Solution Architect, your main responsibility will be to provide end-to-end solutions tailored to the requirements of the Energy and Utility Industry.
