Salesforce Engineer

Role Overview: Join our COG Technology team and be a part of a collaborative and dynamic environment at Macquarie Asset Management. You will contribute to the global business by delivering scalable, automated, and flexible client reporting solutions via the Vermilion platform. Collaborate with product owners, analysts, engineers, and business SMEs to achieve continuous business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with global teams to design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable Salesforce solutions - Translate requirements into functional designs while adhering to best practices and platform limits - Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows to meet various business needs Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to simplify complex technical tasks and deliver effective solutions - Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, with Financial Services Cloud experience as a plus - Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events using the Lightning Design System - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD processes, and Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer and App Builder - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Company Details: At Macquarie, you will be part of a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability.
