Salesforce Energy, Manufacturing and Resources Competency Head

Role Overview: As the Salesforce Energy, Manufacturing and Resources Competency Head at Wipro Limited, your main responsibility is to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on leveraging Salesforce within the Energy and Manufacturing domain. You will be tasked with ensuring optimal utilization of the platform to streamline business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive key performance indicators across sales, service, and other functions. Your role involves leading a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify needs, implement solutions, and manage ongoing maintenance and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Define the vision and roadmap for the Salesforce EMR CoE, aligning with overall business objectives and industry trends. - Lead the GTM strategy and establish governance standards and best practices for Salesforce usage across the organization. - Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for new business initiatives and customer engagement strategies. - Define, build, and present offers in EMR domain leveraging Salesforce Product and Industry Clouds. - Lead business development, presales, and customer solutioning efforts. - Manage the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to specific EMR needs. - Oversee project teams responsible for Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. - Collaborate closely with business leaders across various functions to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. - Build and manage a high-performing Salesforce CoE team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the CoE. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of experience in EMR domain. - Certifications in Admin, Sales, Service, Manufacturing cloud AP, Experience, OmniStudio Developer, Field Service Consultant, ENU AP, Industries CPQ Developer, and OmniStudio Consultant. - Deep understanding of Salesforce EMR features and functionalities. - Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and configuration. - Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of EMR industry practices and regulations. - Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure Salesforce performance. - Open to travel (25%).,
