Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Einstein Analytics solutions, including data preparation, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
- Develop and maintain predictive models using Einstein Prediction Builder, including data preparation, model training, and model deployment.
- Develop and maintain Einstein Discovery solutions, including data preparation, insight generation, and recommendation
engines.
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Einstein, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive maintenance.
- Integrate Salesforce Einstein with other Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Prepare and manage data for use in Einstein Analytics, Einstein Prediction Builder, and Einstein Discovery, including data cleansing, data transformation, and data loading.
- Train and deploy machine learning models using Einstein Prediction Builder, including model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
- Deploy Einstein solutions to production environments, including configuration, testing, and validation.
Requirements :
- At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Einstein, including Einstein Analytics, Einstein Prediction Builder, and Einstein Discovery.
- At least 1 years of experience with Gen AI and machine learning, including machine learning frameworks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, and Apex.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization, including data preparation, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
