Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Lead to drive the implementation and optimization of DevOps practices across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on release management, CI/CD automation, and governance using tools like Copado to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development lifecycle management and a passion for enabling agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce DevOps pipelines
• Define and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release governance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
• Optimize CI/CD processes, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and risk.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging DevOps trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or release management.
• Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, specifically Copado.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and release governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with SFDX (Salesforce DX) and scratch orgs.
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).
• Exposure to compliance and security standards in Salesforce
