Salesforce Development Engineer III

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Amagi, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions with a focus on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing modules. With 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support the needs of Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams. Your responsibilities will include customizing and configuring Salesforce CPQ features such as product rules, pricing logic, quote templates, and approval workflows. You will also be tasked with implementing and managing Salesforce Billing components including invoice generation, usage-based billing, revenue recognition, and integration with ERP systems. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should have strong programming experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL. A deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and SaaS subscription models is essential. Additionally, proficiency in developing and customizing Salesforce Flows and Process Builder is required. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or custom connectors will be beneficial. As part of the role, you will ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated applications. Ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of existing Salesforce implementations will also be within your purview. Participation in code reviews, design reviews, and system architecture discussions will contribute to the overall success of Salesforce solutions at Amagi. Preferred qualifications for this role include Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, or Salesforce Billing Specialist. Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, experience in B2B SaaS environments, and exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tooling are advantageous.
