Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer.

"Required Experience : 5+ Years of Experience in Service Cloud

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and interfaces to integrate external systems with Salesforce.
Implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI components development.
Troubleshoot issues related to Visualforce pages and perform performance optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in developing Salesforce applications using Service Cloud platform.
Strong understanding of Apex programming language and its application in Salesforce development.
Experience with LWC framework for building custom UI components.
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues on Visualforce pages.
