Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.
  
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
  
• Develop and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DX and Git.
  
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and scalability by following Salesforce development best practices and conducting code reviews.
  
• Write efficient batch processes and triggers to ensure data integrity and performance.
  
• Support Salesforce release management, system upgrades, and production issue resolution.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, QA, Business Analysts) to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions.
  
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and development frameworks.
  

Requirements:

• 57 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge is a plus).
  
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Expertise in Salesforce integration via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
  
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
  
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Willingness to work in overlapping US East Coast time zones for meetings.

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  
• Exposure to Agentforce platforms (nice to have).
  
• Knowledge of third-party integrations and middleware tools.
  
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce-related certifications (preferred).
  
• Consistent academic record (10th, 12th, Degree) and stable career history with reputed organizations.
