Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Maintain code quality and perform unit and integration testing. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Salesforce solutions. Document all technical processes and updates. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and releases. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 13 years of experience in Salesforce development. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools. Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset or Copado. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working in a multi-org or enterprise Salesforce environment.
