Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer at Observe.AI, you will play a crucial role in transforming customer service through AI-driven solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing and developing custom applications within Salesforce Service Cloud, and optimizing service processes to enhance agent productivity. You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce Messaging APIs using Converse, setting up AI/chatbot integration, and designing conversational flows. Additionally, you will embed external or custom-built apps into Salesforce to streamline workflows, support product teams in defining feature requirements, and contribute to the product roadmap. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud implementation. Strong communication skills are essential as you will directly engage with customers to gather requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform tools is required. Experience with Salesforce Messaging APIs, Converse setup for bot integration, and API-based integrations will be beneficial. You should also be familiar with web services (REST/SOAP), data exchange, and working in an agile environment. Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer I/II are advantageous. Furthermore, you will be involved in handling data integration tasks, conducting demos, providing solution documentation, and supporting deployment and testing activities.
