Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce applications . The ideal candidate will be responsible for custom development, integrations, automation, and performance optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, and DevOps practices . Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Custom Development & Optimization: Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and batch jobs . Optimize code efficiency, governor limits, and performance tuning for Salesforce applications. Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes . Integration & API Development: Work with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, Streaming API) to integrate external systems . Implement middleware solutions using MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, or similar tools . Ensure secure authentication and data exchange using OAuth 2.0, Single Sign-On (SSO), and JWT . Automation & Workflow Management: Automate business processes using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex triggers . Implement asynchronous processing (future methods, batch jobs, scheduled jobs) for complex workflows. Manage custom metadata and settings for scalable configurations . DevOps & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, Jenkins, Copado, or AutoRabit . Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and metadata deployments . Maintain version control and ensure proper rollback strategies . Troubleshooting & Support: Debug issues using Salesforce Debug Logs, Developer Console, and Apex Exception Handling . Provide technical support for business users and administrators . Document development processes and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud . Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL . Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, object relationships, and security models . Experience with Salesforce API integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) . Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Salesforce DX) . Understanding of Governor Limits, Bulk Data Processing, and Performance Optimization .
