We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of experience, including at least 5 years hands-on with Salesforce across both declarative and programmatic areas. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Sales and Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ideally Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) including Omniscripts, EPC, and Integration Procedures. Experience working with Git or similar version control systems and in Agile/SCRUM environments is essential. The role is based in Kolkata and offers a stimulating opportunity to work across multiple business verticals within a high-performing team delivering mission-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint work.

Assist solution architects with technical design and breaking down complex tasks.

Accountable for timely delivery of assigned tickets, meeting acceptance criteria.

Conduct spikes/investigations into innovative technologies for future project viability.

Ensure teammates work meets code quality standards through reviews.

Coordinate with other teams for integrations, ensuring alignment of tasks and APIs.

Work with the QA team to investigate and resolve issues.

Mentor junior team members, providing assistance with tasks and problem-solving.

Requirements
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience across declarative and programmatic areas

Experience with Sales and Service Cloud

Experience with Experience Cloud

Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) including Omniscripts, EPC, and Integration Procedures is an advantage

Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems

Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology

Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities

Ability to manage tasks independently and work cross-functionally
