Role Overview: As a Test Automation Engineer for Salesforce applications at Infogain, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include performing functional, regression, and integration testing across various Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps. You will collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD test pipelines and ensuring complete test coverage and traceability from requirements to test cases. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Salesforce applications. - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules. - Validate Lightning Components, Flows, Triggers, Apex classes, and API integrations. - Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios and understand requirements. - Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable automation test cases using Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework. - Work with SOQL, Postman, and API testing for Salesforce REST/SOAP services. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide test estimates, and reports. - Maintain version control and automation code reviews via Git. - Contribute to test data creation, environment setup, and UAT support. - Research and implement best practices for continuous improvement in test automation. - Document test strategies, frameworks, and test execution reports. - Ensure high-quality releases through continuous testing and validation in all environments. Qualifications Required: - 3-4.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical skills. - Additional skills in Salesforce Testing, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Functional, and Salesforce Technical will be beneficial.
