Role Overview:

As the Salesforce Developer Evangelist, your primary focus will be driving the adoption of our product within the Salesforce developer ecosystem, particularly in India. Youll be the face of the product, working closely with the developer community to showcase its capabilities, provide technical support, and inspire users to integrate our solution into their daily workflows. Your Salesforce expertise, ability to connect with users, and motivation to promote our product will be key in ensuring its success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement & Advocacy:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce developers and users in India.
• Promote and drive the adoption of our free product by actively engaging with the developer community.
• Create and deliver presentations, webinars, and technical workshops to showcase product capabilities and best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with Salesforce developer groups, forums, and other technical communities.

• Customer Collaboration & Support:

• Engage directly with customers and users to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our product solves key problems.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting to users, ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration process.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users to inform product enhancements and improvements.

• Product Promotion & Evangelism:

• Be the voice and advocate for the product, helping users understand its value and encouraging widespread usage.
• Create engaging content (blogs, tutorials, demo videos) to educate and motivate the Salesforce community.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetups to promote our solutions and build a strong developer community around our product.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or technical expert with deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, features, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforces developer ecosystem, including hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning Components, and AppExchange.

• Community Leadership:

• Experience in engaging with technical communities and driving product adoption.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate users.
• Passion for advocating for technology and helping others succeed.

• Customer Focus:

• Proven ability to work directly with customers, providing guidance, technical support, and motivating them to use the product.
• A customer-first mindset with experience in understanding and addressing user needs.

• Preferred:

• Experience working with developer communities in India is a strong plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or similar are preferred.
