Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement features using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and industry tools such as Omni Scripts where applicable.
• Develop clean, maintainable Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes when custom development is justified.
• Build Lightning Web Components and console enhancements tailored to pharmacy and patient support workflows in Healthcare and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Support configuration of Data Cloud data streams, data model objects, and calculated insights used for patient 360 and segmentation.
• Implement Data Cloud activation patterns that create actionable queues or automation in Salesforce for outreach and refills.
• Contribute to integration design and implementation with external systems using REST, platform events, and middleware.
• Ensure solutions are bulk safe, performant, well tested, and compliant with coding standards and security guidelines.
• Support validation and QA by providing technical input on test coverage, traceability, and defect root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of hands-on Salesforce development experience covering Apex, Lightning, and declarative tools.
• Experience working with complex data models, integrations, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, or similar regulated environments and PHI handling concepts.
• Ability to analyze multiple implementation options and explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and track record of delivering maintainable, testable, and well-determined solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Healthcare and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, identity resolution, and activation.
• Experience with Service Cloud and integrated telephone or contact center solutions.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer One, Platform App Builder, Healthcare and Life Sciences Cloud, or Data Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with CI and CD and DevOps tools such as Git and Azure DevOps or similar.
