Salesforce Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for an exciting contract opportunity at our prestigious client locations in Bangalore and Pune. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.

Contract Duration:

Work Mode: On-site at client location

Location: Bangalore/Pune (candidate must be willing to work from client premises)

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Integration Solutions: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Data Management: Implement efficient data models, workflows, and automation processes using SOQL/SOSL queries

• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment of applications within the Salesforce environment

• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality standards

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developments and configurations

• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues in existing Salesforce applications

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 3-6 year of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven track record delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments

Technical Skills - Mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals - data model, security model, and governor limits
• Expertise in SOQL/SOSL queries and database management
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns
• Knowledge of Lightning Framework, Aura Components, and modern Salesforce UI technologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development
• Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and deployment tools

Salesforce Knowledge Areas

• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience preferred
• Custom objects, fields, relationships, and data modeling
• Process automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
• Security implementation (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)

Contract Terms & Conditions

Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension based on:

- Project requirements and timeline

- Performance evaluation

- Client satisfaction

- Business needs

Work Arrangement

- On-site presence mandatory at client location

- Positions available in both Bangalore and Pune
