Role & responsibilities Mode : Work from office (Monday to Friday ) -Hyderabad Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3 to 5 years Reports to: Salesforce Developer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integration practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop custom applications and enhancements on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC. Implement and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and custom objects. Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following Salesforce best practices. Participate in code reviews and unit/integration testing. Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and incorporate new features where applicable. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 35 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and SFDX CLI. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRabit.
