Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CloudCraze (Salesforce B2B Commerce) Architect to design, develop, and maintain complex B2B e-commerce solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. This strategic role will involve hands-on solution architecture, platform optimization, and collaboration across sales, marketing, and service teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) and strong leadership capabilities to guide project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of CloudCraze (Salesforce B2B Commerce) solutions, including technical design, customization, and integration.
- Develop robust application architectures and frameworks tailored to client-specific business needs.- Architect and optimize the Salesforce platform to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and extensible solutions.- Design and maintain the application layers including Service Layer, Logic Layer, and Data Layer within CloudCraze.- Identify and resolve integration challenges with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and other enterprise systems.- Conduct performance analysis and implement enhancements for system efficiency.- Support project management teams in risk analysis, estimation, and mitigation planning.- Lead design workshops and technical requirement gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.- Promote platform best practices, governance, and user adoption strategies across teams.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and 3+ years of hands-on experience with CloudCraze (Salesforce B2B Commerce) or similar commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.- Strong understanding of CloudCraze architecture, data models, customizations, and extension frameworks.- Experience with web application architecture, object-oriented design, and enterprise integration patterns.- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.- Solid knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, including shopping cart, product catalogs, pricing, order management, and customer accounts.- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, lead technical discussions, and align stakeholders on solution direction.- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.- Working knowledge of JIRA Projects and ITSM tools is a plus.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., B2B Commerce Administrator/Developer, Platform Developer I/II)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.- Background in the B2B or retail commerce domain.
