1) Lead the End-to-end migration of data from legacy systems into Salesforce CRM: e.g., migrating from Siebel CRM Salesforce Requirements gathering, data-profiling, mapping, transformation, staging load, validation, reconciliation.
2) Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform: data model, objects, migration tools, integration patterns. 3) Proficiency in Oracle or similar RDBMS for writing basic SQL/PL-SQL queries. 4) Experience with ETL/data integration tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, Dell Boomi, or other middleware) in the context of migrations 5) Understanding of data migration best-practices: data profiling, deduplication, mapping, validation, reconciliation. 6) Comfortable working with cross-functional teams: system owners, business analysts, architects, developers, testers. 7) Consulting mindset 8) Provide documentation of migration approach, data mapping specs, load cycles, cut-over plan with rollback options, and support post-go-live
