Salesforce Data Migration

Location: Chennai

About the Role

experienced Salesforce Data Migration

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end data migration: extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.
Work on Salesforce standard/custom objects, relationships, data mapping, and data quality checks.
Use tools such as Data Loader, Import Wizard, Workbench, Dataloader.io, or ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, Jitterbit).
Prepare data mapping sheets, migration plans, test scripts, and cutover documentation.
Troubleshoot data issues, perform reconciliation, and support UAT and production deployments.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and data relationships.
Good
SQL
and Excel skills for
data analysis and transformation.
Familiarity with
REST/Bulk APIs
(preferred).
Strong
communication, documentation, and analytical
skills.

Good to Have

Salesforce Admin certification.
Experience
with LDV (large data volumes) and industry-specific data models
.
