Salesforce CPQ Conga Architect

You are a seasoned Salesforce CPQ & Conga Architect with a strong technical background and leadership skills. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. Your role is critical and strategic, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to drive CPQ/CLM solutions across large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will be tasked with architecting scalable and extensible Conga CPQ and CLM solutions tailored to complex business requirements. This includes translating functional specifications into detailed technical designs, driving end-to-end architecture vision for CPQ solutions, and integrating data modeling, user experience design, and integration patterns. Additionally, you will lead the full-cycle implementation of Conga CPQ projects, configure CPQ rules, templates, pricing engines, product bundles, approval workflows, and develop custom solutions using various technologies like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Conga APIs, and Salesforce DX. As a technical leader, you will provide mentorship to developers, conduct code reviews, establish coding best practices, and own quality assurance standards. You will also be responsible for designing seamless integrations of Conga CPQ with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and third-party systems, as well as managing data flow using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Identifying bottlenecks, providing tuning recommendations, resolving complex configuration and performance issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives are also key aspects of your role. You are expected to have 10-12 years of IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce platform architecture, a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Conga CPQ/CLM design and implementations, and relevant Salesforce certifications. Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or other CPQ platforms, exposure to enterprise domains, knowledge of data security and compliance, and expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies are preferred skills that would be valuable in this role.,
