Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Architect with 10 17 years of overall Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 6 years in Service Cloud and at least 3 4 years in an architectural leadership role. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance Service Cloud solutions to support enterprise-level customer service operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development (minimum 10 years) with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and system integrations. You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, leading solution design sessions, driving implementation best practices, and ensuring robust integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations

Define and enforce best practices in configuration, customization, and integration

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Provide technical leadership to development teams across projects

Ensure performance optimization, security, and compliance across platforms

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and Service Cloud features

Required Skills:

Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant & Application/System Architect

Strong experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integration, Knowledge Management, and Case Management

Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integration, and DevOps tools
