Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at our company based in Noida, you will be responsible for the research, evaluation, and solutioning of Salesforce Field Service applications. You will lead the analysis of work requests via Jira to recommend config vs. custom solutions for FMD improvement. Your role will involve developing standards for the specific function or technology domain, defining design patterns, and configurations that can be reused as building blocks for other solutions. Your expertise in Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, and Apex Design Patterns will be essential. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly Field Service, and knowledge of integration architecture with Oracle and MuleSoft will be valuable assets.
