Salesforce Apttus Q2O (Quote-to-Order) Developer

As a Salesforce Apttus Q2O (Quote-to-Order) Developer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Salesforce and Apttus Q2O solutions to align with best practices. Your role will involve customizing and configuring Apttus CPQ/CLM, implementing Quote-to-Order workflows, approvals, and pricing models, and ensuring seamless integration between Apttus CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and external systems. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field along with 7-11 years of Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL is required, as well as experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP). Being a Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or II is preferred, and expertise in the Quote-to-Order (Q2O) cycle and Apttus CPQ/CLM is essential. Technical skills required for this role include strong Apex and LWC development skills, experience with Apttus CPQ, CLM, and X-Author for Word/Excel, and hands-on experience in product configuration, pricing, and quoting within Apttus Q2O. Knowledge of CI/CD practices such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, and Jenkins is important, as well as a strong understanding of the Salesforce Data Model related to Quote, Order, and Contract Management. Experience in integrating Apttus CPQ with third-party applications and knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits are also necessary. In addition to technical skills, soft skills like excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and being detail-oriented and proactive in identifying process improvements are important for this role. You will collaborate with the Customer Success engineering team to deliver scalable solutions, perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues in Apttus configurations, and ensure adherence to Salesforce and Apttus best practices. Being willing to work in a time zone overlapping 7 AM - 10 AM PT is a requirement to ensure effective collaboration with the team.,
