Salesforce Application Developer

As an experienced Salesforce administrator/developer at Hyland, you will play a crucial role in building solutions within our Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud managed packages, including CPQ and Billing. Your responsibilities will include translating business and technical requirements into working solutions, designing and configuring solutions, communicating with team members for approval, executing testing of business applications, and supporting developed solutions. You will be expected to collaborate with various business areas, prioritize and estimate incoming work, maintain solutions for optimal performance, and document solutions for ease of maintenance by the support team. Additionally, you will be involved in migrating solutions within the DevOps pipeline, safeguarding the security and integrity of the company's internal systems and data, and complying with privacy and data security policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience, with 3 to 12 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, interpersonal, and attention to detail skills are essential. You should be able to handle sensitive information with discretion, work independently and in a team environment, and be willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
