Salesforce Administrator CLM

You will be joining Pinnacle Group's Technology and Platform Services team to configure and optimize Salesforce CRM and Conga CLM platforms for corporate operations teams. As a Salesforce Developer, your role will involve administering, configuring, and developing Salesforce for custom CRM business needs in sales, vendor management, and contract management. Collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside the business will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure Salesforce CRM by creating custom objects, fields, and security settings for multiple teams. - Set up Conga CLM on the Salesforce platform for contract creation, workflows, security, and reporting for legal operations. - Develop automations using Salesforce Flow to streamline CRM and CLM processes such as contract approvals, sales outreach, and compliance requirements. - Write SOQL queries to support reporting and data validation. - Manage user accounts, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules. - Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide valuable business insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify configuration needs, propose enhancements, and create a comprehensive development plan. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, including configuration, security, and workflows. - 1+ years of experience with Conga CLM administration, including workflows and reporting. - Proficiency in Salesforce Flow for building automations and process optimization. - Experience with SOQL for querying data and building reports. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security models such as profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. - Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Conga CLM Administrator or App Builder certification is preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective on-site collaboration. - Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
