As a Salesforce Developer within Pinnacle Group's Technology and Platform Services team, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Salesforce CRM and Conga CLM platforms for our corporate operations teams. Your role will involve administering, configuring, and developing Salesforce to meet custom CRM business requirements in sales, vendor management, and contract management through collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Responsibilities include configuring Salesforce CRM with custom objects, fields, and security settings for various teams, setting up Conga CLM on the Salesforce platform for contract creation, workflows, security, and reporting in legal operations, creating automations using Salesforce Flow to streamline CRM and CLM processes, writing SOQL queries for reporting and data validation, managing user accounts, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules, as well as designing and customizing reports and dashboards for valuable business insights. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify configuration needs, propose enhancements, and develop a comprehensive plan is also a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration with expertise in configuration, security, and workflows, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Conga CLM administration involving workflows and reporting. Proficiency in Salesforce Flow for automations and process optimization, experience with SOQL for data querying and report creation, a strong understanding of Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification is required, and familiarity with Conga CLM Administrator or App Builder is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective on-site collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired.,
