As a Salesforce Administrator and DevOps Engineer, your role will involve performing various Salesforce administrative tasks, such as user management, security settings, and data management. You will collaborate with the internal team to resolve Salesforce-related issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end integration between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain DevOps standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD processes. - Set up and monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and user guides. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and transform them into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of Salesforce changes. - Optimize Salesforce configurations and integrations to enhance performance and scalability for mobile solutions. - Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect sensitive data. - Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem. - Strong ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies. - Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. - MBA or advanced degree in a related field. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification. - Knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience in API integration with legacy systems.,
