Sales/Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing visually appealing displays, including store layouts, product arrangements, and window displays, to attract customers and showcase the boutique's merchandise.
• Engaging with customers, providing product information, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Staying informed about current fashion trends and design preferences to create relevant and appealing displays.
• Ensuring displays are well-maintained, clean, and organized, and that promotional materials are current and effective.
• Gathering feedback from customers and sales staff about the effectiveness of displays and making adjustments as needed.
• Assisting with inventory management, ensuring displays are stocked appropriately, and potentially helping with reordering.
• Having a good understanding of garment technology, the production process, and current fashion trends to effectively design and promote merchandise.
• Effectively communicating with customers, team members, and potentially vendors about design concepts, product information, and sales strategies.
