Job Title: Sales/After Sales Support - FRP Rebar

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales/After Sales Support Specialist to join our FRP Rebar team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional support to both our sales and after-sales processes. Sales Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth pre-sales activities.
  • Assist in the creation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Support the sales team in order processing, tracking, and logistics coordination.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

After Sales Support:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with the technical support or service teams to facilitate solutions for customer problems.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Provide product training and support to customers as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster effective communication between sales, support, and other relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide insights for improvement.
  • Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss customer feedback and areas of improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer support roles for FRP related products.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Adaptability to evolving customer needs and business priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
