Job Description: Sales Woman – Car Care Showroom

Position Overview

We’re looking for a confident, customer-friendly Sales Woman to join our car care showroom team. If you can talk cars without needing an engine diagram and can sell a wax coat like it’s liquid gold, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and understand their car care needs.
• Explain car care products and services clearly — from basic washes to premium detailing.
• Recommend suitable packages and upsell where appropriate.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits in an engaging way.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and offers.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic computer entries.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and explain product features confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS system).
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Sales experience preferred (car care/automotive experience is a bonus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.

Work Environment

• Fast-moving, customer-focused showroom.
• Team-oriented environment with performance-based incentives.
• Expect occasional “Is this polish really scratch-proof?” questions — stay calm, we’ll train you.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
