Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and understand their car care needs. Explain car care products and services clearly — from basic washes to premium detailing. Recommend suitable packages and upsell where appropriate. Demonstrate product features and benefits in an engaging way. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and offers. Handle billing, invoicing, and basic computer entries. Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Required Skills Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to understand and explain product features confidently. Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS system). Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Sales experience preferred (car care/automotive experience is a bonus). Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service. Work Environment Fast-moving, customer-focused showroom.
