Sales & Vendor development Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales & Vendor Development Manager specializing in Lithium Batteries Sales, you will be an integral part of our corporate sales team at our headquarters in New Delhi. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and distribution of Lithium batteries in the North/Central India region. This role involves frequent travel to various districts within the specified area. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Lithium batteries and expand market reach - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth distribution processes - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BTECH) or Business Administration (MBA/BBA) - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Battery/Energy Storage System (ESS) sector, specifically in corporate sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and vendors - Willingness to travel extensively within North/Central India for business purposes Please note that the remuneration for this position is performance-based and is designed to be competitive within the industry.
