Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainee located in Jammu. The Sales Trainee will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, explaining and recommending suitable life insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves sales training, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships to achieve sales targets. The Sales Trainee will also collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
