Sales Tellcaller

As a Full-Time Real Estate Sales Telecaller at our company, your role will involve being the initial point of contact for potential property buyers interested in our developments in Jaipur, particularly near the Tonk Road/Pratap Nagar area. Your primary objective is to qualify leads, showcase the unique advantages of our real estate projects, and arrange site visits to generate appointments for our senior sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make a large number of outbound calls to assess leads for our Real Estate Projects. - Clearly articulate project Unique Selling Points (USPs), location advantages, and pricing details. - Schedule confirmed site visits/meetings for qualified prospects to meet with the Sales Team. - Maintain detailed records in the CRM system. - Achieve and surpass daily targets for calls and scheduled appointments. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telecalling, preferably in the Real Estate sector. - Proficient in both Hindi and English communication. - Strong ability to address objections and a focus on achieving targets. - Familiarity with CRM software would be beneficial. In addition to the above, the compensation for this position includes a competitive salary along with high commission/incentives for confirmed sales.
