Sales Telemarketer

As a Full-Time Real Estate Sales Telecaller at our company, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for potential property buyers interested in our developments near the Tonk Road/Pratap Nagar corridor in Jaipur. Your main objective will be to qualify leads effectively, highlight the unique features of our real estate projects, and arrange site visits, thereby generating appointments for our senior sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to assess the suitability of leads for our Real Estate Projects. - Clearly articulate the unique selling points of our projects, the advantages of their locations, and their pricing. - Arrange confirmed site visits and meetings for qualified prospects to meet with the Sales Team. - Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system. - Achieve and surpass daily targets for calls and scheduled appointments. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably within the Real Estate sector. - Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication. - Strong ability to address objections effectively and a focus on achieving targets. - Familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous.
