Clearly present project USPs, location benefits, and pricing.
Schedule confirmed site visits/meetings
for qualified prospects with the Sales Team.
Maintain meticulous records in the
CRM
system.
Meet and exceed daily targets for calls and scheduled appointments.

Must-Have Requirements:

1+ Years of Telecalling experience
, preferably in
Real Estate
.
Excellent communication
in Hindi and English.
Strong ability to handle objections and is highly
target-oriented
.
Familiarity with
CRM
software is a plus.
