You will be joining our real estate team as a Telecaller, where your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, providing property details, and arranging site visits. Your role will require excellent communication skills and a strong focus on engaging with customers effectively. Your key responsibilities will include contacting potential buyers and investors from the provided database, articulately presenting property features and benefits, maintaining a follow-up schedule, and organizing appointments and site visits for interested clients. You will also handle inbound queries, build and nurture client relationships, collaborate with the sales team for lead conversion, and diligently record all interactions in the CRM system. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. While prior knowledge of real estate terminology is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in basic computer operations and typing is essential. We require candidates to have at least a 12th-grade education, although a Bachelor's degree would be advantageous. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
