Job Title: Sales Team Leader – FMCG
Job Description:
We’re hiring a Sales Team Leader to drive FMCG sales in Ujjain. The ideal candidate will lead a field sales team, manage distributors, and ensure target achievement across general trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and monitor field sales teams
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets
Manage distributor & retail channels
Execute market activations & new launches
Monitor competitor activity & market trends
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 - 2 yrs in FMCG sales
Strong experience in team handling & rural/urban markets
Good knowledge of distribution management
Proficient in sales reporting & MS Excel
Willing to travel extensively
