Lead and supervise a team of travel agents, providing direction, guidance, and support.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Train new team members on booking systems & company processes.
Handle escalated customer inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution
Guest HandlingDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to team
Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamworkStay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes & improve customer experience.
