Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through BFSI, NBFC, FMCG, FMCD, broking, agency, B2B, B2C channels. Manage a team of sales professionals across various verticals such as corporate sales, insurance, loans (credit cards), microfinance. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients to drive growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in any stream Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective channel management. Excellent leadership skills with abthe ility to manage high-performing teams. Strong understanding of BFSI/NBFC/FMCG/FMCD industries' dynamics. 1-5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in Financial Services industry.
