You will be responsible for selling products or services for the company and representing their brand. Your main role will involve managing relationships with customers, acting as the key point of contact from the initial lead outreach until a purchase is completed. To excel in this role, you must possess a Smart Phone, Bike, and Helmet. Additionally, you should have a strong passion for growth, good market knowledge, and previous experience in a Channel Sales Role with a team of at least 5 members. Understanding concepts of distribution, expansion, and metrics is essential. Experience in motivating a team to earn lucrative incentives will be beneficial. Key skills that will contribute to your success in this position include more than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution, previous team handling experience, and proficiency in Excel and other data tools required in Sales. Candidates with a Graduate degree or above are preferred, with Post Graduation being an added advantage.
