Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategies to increase primary sales, distributor handling, and general trade business growth.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product launches and promotions.
Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in channel management, distribution development, primary sales, and team leading.
Proven track record of achieving monthly targets through effective planning and execution.
Strong understanding of P&G's products portfolio and ability to develop innovative solutions for customers.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (distributors) as well as external ones (customers).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of motivation.
