Role Overview:

The Sales Team Coordinator will be responsible for supervising the sales team, ensuring lead follow-ups, performance monitoring, and smooth coordination between teams to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily calling and lead generation activities.
• Track sales targets and maintain performance reports.
• Schedule demo meetings and coordinate between clients & sales closers.
• Ensure CRM data is updated and accurate.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly goals.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings and share progress updates with management.
• Coordinate with HR and Admin for attendance, compliance, and discipline tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Team Management, preferably in CPaaS or SaaS industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales reporting, lead tracking, and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Fixed Salary + Incentive based on Team Target Achievement.

Pay: ₹13,482.58 - ₹55,187.18 per month
