Sales Support Executive ( Technical)

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive (Tech) with at least 1 year of experience in technical support. The ideal candidate should be a B.Tech graduate, fluent in both English and Hindi, and capable of handling customer queries related to technical products and services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers via calls, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues
• Document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical/customer support
• B.Tech degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of software/hardware systems preferred
