Sales Support Executive

You will be responsible for obtaining and updating lists of individuals" contact details. You will be required to call active and potential clients to encourage them to purchase items. It will be your duty to address clients" uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner, while also noting down important details of each conversation. The position available is for 3 individuals and the location is in Hyderabad. The role is open to both male and female candidates. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory, and knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage. Your roles and responsibilities will include making phone calls to potential clients based on enquiries received by the company. You will need to understand and evaluate leads through a set of questions, explain the company's services to customers, and influence them to make a purchase. Keeping records of the leads contacted and assigning potential leads to sales personnel through the CRM module will also be part of your duties. The requirements for this position include having excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Any graduation qualification is acceptable, and flexibility to travel if required will be necessary.,
