Job Description

Role Overview: - Acknowledge mail receiving for complaints, installation & commissioning in both South & North regions and send complaint form to clients. - Coordinate with internal service team and clients via email. - Follow up with clients for updates through calls and emails. - Arrange virtual guidance calls with engineers when needed. - Coordinate with manufacturers and dispatch team for material replacement to clients. - Follow up with transporters and couriers to ensure prompt delivery of materials. - Book bus tickets for engineers visiting outstation sites. - Update daily complaints, installations, and project-related information in Excel sheet for PAN India. - Build and maintain databases and prepare project handover documents. - Close complaints and commissioning tickets by sending feedback forms and service reports. Qualification Required: - BTECH in Mechanical Engineering. - Diploma in Engineering. - Experience working in the valve industry.,
