Job Title: Sales Recruitment Executive/Sr.Executive BPO Industry Location: Noida Experience: 2-5 Years Industry: BPO / Call Center / ITES Functional Area: Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter with experience in BPO hiring to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of sales roles such as voice process executives, telesales agents, customer acquisition specialists, and other client-facing profiles. If you're passionate about connecting top talent with growing BPO sales team. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment of sales profiles for voice, non-voice, and blended BPO processes (inbound/outbound, international/domestic) Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), social media, internal databases, and employee referrals Screen candidates for communication skills, sales aptitude, and process fit Schedule interviews, coordinate with operations and business leaders for interviews and feedback Maintain strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Conduct HR discussions, salary negotiations, and roll out offers Ensure timely closures of open positions within SLA. Maintain accurate data and recruitment MIS Drive walk-ins, job fairs, and bulk hiring campaigns as needed Ensure excellent candidate experience and build a strong employer brand in the BPO space Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus 2-5 years of hands-on experience in BPO sales recruitment Strong knowledge of BPO functions and hiring best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Flexible to work in rotational shifts or weekends as per business needs Interested candidates can share their resume or call on the below contact details.
