Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam for a Sales Staff professional. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store achieves its sales targets. Additional responsibilities may include managing inventory, keeping records updated, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service expertise, and ability to build client relationships
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and processes with a focus on achieving targets
• Ability to manage inventory, handle transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized product displays
• Prior sales or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and under minimal supervision
