This role involves maintaining product knowledge, managing stock levels at the counter, and supporting overall store operations. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about products, prices, and promotions. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems or cash registers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and display areas. Assist in stocking shelves, monitoring inventory, and reporting low stock levels. Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to fulfill customer orders. Prepare invoices, quotations, and receipts as required. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and new product lines. Support team members and contribute to achieving store goals.
